IL PESTO/PESTO CLASS
In questo laboratorio si avrà la possibilità di preparare il pesto, imparando a utilizzare il mortaio, per dare vita a questa profumatissima, saporita e antica salsa.
La preparazione sarà accompagnata dalla narrazione della storia e dalle tradizioni che hanno dato origine al pesto e, a fine lezione, si assaggerà il frutto di tutto il lavoro.
In this workshop you will have the opportunity to prepare pesto, learning to use a marble mortar and pestle to give life to this fragrant, flavorful and ancient sauce.
The preparation will be accompanied by a narration on the history and traditions that gave rise to pesto, and at the end of the course you will taste the fruits of your labor.
