Quando si parla del vino delle Cinque terre non si può far altro che parlare di vino bianco e di mare, di sole, di roccia, di salsedine, di libeccio, di macchia mediterranea, di erbe aromatiche, di verticalità, di coraggio, di resistenza, di potenza!
Tre sono i vitigni che compongono questo vino: Bosco, Vermentino, Albarola. L’abilità del produttore è quella di saperli utilizzare insieme e dosarli in base alla costa da dove arriva l’uva, esposizione più soleggiata, meno ventosa, più fresca, più esposta e via cosi… perchè in questo piccolo tratto di costa la natura è parte integrante e imprescindibile per la buona riuscita del prodotto. E da qui nascono i vari stili dei produttori, che dal loro carattere un po introverso, timido e di poche parole, sinonimo di autenticità ligure,ma con fermezza e coraggio, riescono a trasferire la passione, l’amore e la forza che hanno loro oggi, e i loro vecchi un tempo, nel vino, che, noi comodamente possiamo gustare nel bicchiere.
When it speak about of Cinque Terre wine, it can only speak of white wine and the sea, sun, rock, salt, wind, Mediterranean scrub, aromatic herbs, verticality, courage, resistance, power!
There are three vines that make up this wine: Bosco, Vermentino, Albarola. The ability of the producer is to know how to use them together and dose them according to the coast where the grapes come from, sunnier exposure, less windy, fresher, more exposed and so on … because in this small stretch of coast nature is an integral and essential part for the success of the product. And from here the various styles of the producers are born, who from their somewhat introverted, shy and few words, synonymous with Ligurian authenticity, but with firmness and courage, manage to transfer the passion, love and strength they have today, and their old ones once, in wine, which we can comfortably taste in the glass.
